Who can apply?
- You can apply for help with Water/ Sewerage/ Gas/ Electricity debts if you are the account holder (the person / persons named on the bill) and are in need, poverty, hardship or other distress.
- If the account holder is unable to make the application for a grant themselves, someone else may complete the application on their behalf. However the account holder must still sign the form.
- Anyone in need, poverty, hardship or other distress may apply for a grant to clear other priority debts and provide essential household items.
Are you eligible for help from any other Trusts?
The Veolia Water Trust is part of a 'Shared Programme of Giving' with a number of other utility trusts and funds. By applying to the Veolia Water Trust you will automatically be considered for help from any trust or fund within the shared programme. For more information and how to apply, click here.
